Pricing PolicyAll prices on our website are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
Teak Warehouse Furniture WarrantyWe are committed in providing the highest-quality outdoor furniture for many days weeks and years of enjoyment. We offer a limited one-year warranty that your furniture manufactured by Teak Warehouse will be free of defects and workmanship issues. We warranty all furniture manufactured by Teak Warehouse under the general terms of our limited 1-year warranty (above). This warranty covers outdoor furniture manufactured by Teak Warehouse; and made with materials including but not limited to: lightweight concrete, 316 stainless steel, A-Grade teak, reclaimed teak, synthetic outdoor wicker, HDPE extruded weaves, powder-coated steel and powder-coated aluminum, and other materials carried in our outdoor furniture portfolio. We warranty this outdoor furniture to be free of defect in material and workmanship as detailed above for the period of one year.
Damaged/Defective Items:We stand behind our products! If you receive an item that is defective, you MUST immediately upon receipt of delivery contact us with the specific issue upon receipt of goods so we may exchange the item for its exact replacement. There are no Exceptions! Items damaged in transit MUST be reported upon receipt of delivery. Your assistance will be required during the claims process. Items damaged by you are non-returnable. We do not replace items damaged by the consumer. However, we will be available to help and repair your product purchased if repairable.
Returns/Exchanges:We accept exchanges on merchandise deemed to have a manufacturer defect. All items being exchanged must be sent in original condition unused in our opinion. All returns must be authorized with an RA # (Return Authorization Number) that must be obtained prior to sending back your item. A copy of your purchase receipt must be included. You are fully responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original packaging and we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages. All packages must be returned to the original delivery company to be delivered to Teak Warehouse. Please call for more information.
Returns process for defective items:
Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RA # or phone us at 310-536-8325 to speak with someone personally.
Once your return has been approved, you will be given an authorization number (RA). Please write it on your package and on your copy of the purchase receipt.
We will schedule a return pick-up via our standard white glove freight service. They will supply you with a return label.
Please have your package ready to ship on the pick-up date arranged with our customer service.
Terms and Conditions:
- "Defects" are defined as imperfections that impair the use of your furniture.
- This warranty does not apply to any cases of normal wear and tear of the furniture.
- Normal wear and tear is defined as “the normal deterioration caused by regular use of the furniture.”
- Checking or small cracking of the teak wood is a normal and natural occurrence that should be expected.
- The warranty does not extend to the natural patina of the teak wood or any other discolorations.
- The guarantee does not cover any damage or loss or condition that is beyond the control of Teak Warehouse including but not limited to cases of unauthorized repair, modifications after purchase, improper use, infestation, negligence, misuse, vandalism, wind damage, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fire, earthquake or any other similar acts of Force Majeure.
- The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the furniture with proof of purchase.
Upon pick-up or delivery, all goods must be inspected by recipient; confirming that items are voluntarily received in acceptable condition.
All items to be paid in full before these said goods leave Teak Warehouse.
If an item(s) has been special-ordered for a customer who then cancels, a 50% restocking and handling fee will be assessed.
4. SPECIAL ORDER CUSHIONS
These cushions require full payment upon confirmation of the fabric. There are no exchanges on special order cushions.
5. SALE/SECONDS/DISCONTINUED ITEMS
These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or repaired.
6. MANUFACTURER/WHOLESALE PRICED ITEMS
Wholesale and Manufacturer priced items are non-refundable.
7. FAULTY ITEMS
If an item is faulty, of course we will repair or replace immediately. Please call immediately upon receiving such goods.
If after much use, the new piece you have purchased from us is broken from too much love, simply bring it back to us and we will do our best to make the repair. We will notify you for pick-up upon completion. There is no charge for this service. Just bring your receipt and forgive us if we cannot help, as sometimes things are just too loved. This does not include 2nds, only new products.
As Teak Warehouse is not a retailer, we offer you a high end product at manufacturer and wholesale pricing; therefore we do not have the high built-in margins such as retailers. We offer a 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee of course. However you need to choose carefully and be happy with your purchase, as all sales are final. A high % of our customers are repeat or referral. Now that is a lot of product after 24 years.

Teak Warehouse reserves the right to repair or replace any piece that is covered under the terms of this warranty.
Repair or replacement may involve Teak Warehouse providing parts directly to our customer where applicable.
At our expense, Teak Warehouse will ship any replacement parts for the furniture in cases where it’s determined the customer can easily make the repair. To claim repairs or parts under warranty you must email us at email@example.com and notify us of any issues.
Where possible, we may ask that photos be provided to us via email, so that we can determine the extent of the defect and the corrective action that is most prudent. If your furniture arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us upon your delivery to assist you with our return process.
