Products & Care

Orders ship in approx. 2 weeks; this does not include cover-only orders or orders that require canopy/cushion production. All orders ship in entirety, with the exception of covers (these will ship separate from the rest of the items in your order).

QuickShip orders are ready for pickup or shipment within 72 hours from our Los Angeles location. Please note: to qualify for this expedited service, your order must consist exclusively of QuickShip items to qualify for this expedited service.

Please note that if American West – Threshold Delivery is chosen as the shipping carrier for this item/order, it will arrive packaged and may require some assembly. The delivery team will only leave the item(s) in the first dry area, i.e. porch, garage, etc. and will not remove packaging materials. Teak Warehouse is not responsible for damage incurred as a result of improper assembly, please use discretion when selecting this option.
