Quote & Reserve
We issue a detailed proposal with estimated lead times; approve to reserve production capacity and any needed inventory.
Approvals
Confirm drawings, finish boards, and fabric selections (COM/COF if applicable).
Production & QC
Frames built, finishes applied, and cushions sewn to spec; QC performed before shipment.
Freight & Delivery
We coordinate ocean/ground freight and site delivery; white-glove available. Staggered shipments optional for phased installs.
