What's next now that I have registered for TW Trade?
Within 48 hours, a trade representative will review your application and credentials. Once approved, your trade account and discount will be registered into our software and will be available for immediate ordering, quote requests, and purchase order submissions. Your trade representative will contact you to confirm approval and introduce themselves in order to start assisting you as soon as possible.
Who qualifies for a TW Trade account?
Our trade program is offered to residential and commercial interior designers and decorators, architects, and landscape designers, licensed general contractors, purchasing agents and professional stagers and stylists.
What are the benefits of TW Trade?
TW Trade offers a complimentary discount to qualified clients. Many other benefits include volume discounting, nationwide white glove delivery services, a dedicated trade associate, consulting and a Southern California Trade Lounge.
How do I open a trade account at TW Trade?
Business credentials must be provided via our web form or by contacting trade@teakwarehouse.com. Some of our accepted credentials are resale certificates, business licenses, contractor numbers, and other forms of business certifications; inquire at trade@teakwarehouse.com.
Does TW charge sales tax?
In order to become a tax-exempt member, TW must be provided with a resale certificate for the state the order is being shipped or an all-state resale license. Orders with a finals destination outside of the USA can also qualify for a tax exemption if a bill of lading is provided to TW.
Does TW Trade ship and where?
TW Trade can ship anywhere in the United States and can also facilitate delivers to Mexico and Canada. TW Trade has the ability to ship with white glove services or business-to-business based on your needs.
What is the TW's product availability?
Anything you see on our websites or in our showrooms will be in stock and available for expedited shipping. In the unlikely event we have any backordered products, it will be noted on the items web page. Items that require cushions to be made will ship in approximately 4-6 weeks once your custom cushions are available.
